Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY 1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. 2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged automatically to the card or deducted from the payment already made. 3. No-shows or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time will be treated as a full cancellation, and the full booking amount will be charged.
